Customers of FXtra Network enjoy a 99.9% uptime.  We rely on redundancy and persistent automated as well as "attended" monitoring to keep our customers' websites visible on the Internet.  Nothing is absolutely perfect, but we're as close as one can get.  We attempt to look for potential failing equipment, routing, and software issues and address them before they grow into a larger problem.

 

The Internet is a vast network of many systems, varying platforms, routers, and layers of software that are not under our control.  It is most likely that if you are experiencing difficulty reaching an FXtra Network hosted site, that an Internet-wide or local user issue is preventing you from reaching our servers.  We not only support our clients, but also customers or visitors of our customers' websites.  We never assume that a problem is elsewhere and investigate all trouble reports.

 

We attempt all measures to eliminate downtime due to equipment or software upgrades.  When unavoidable, we attempt to perform any necessary planned maintenance during off-peak hours.  Planned maintenance information can be found at our Network Status page.
